Surinder M. Talwar Surinder M. Talwar is an acclaimed Indian film-maker with a wide ranging exposure and experience of guiding communication initiatives and strategies using audio-visual medium as an effective tool. His works have won awards and accolades in India and other Countries. A large number of films made by him have been shown on different forums of the United Nations.

During his illustrious career of over 36 years, he has worked on all genres of film-making and has made a large number of research based films, documentaries, corporate films, Advertisement films, Investment Promotion and an award winning music video. Amongst a large number of other works, he has a very large number of productions related to Indian Heritage & Culture including Spiritual Tourism, Buddhism and Buddhist Heritage of India to his credit. These include his internationally acclaimed film “Buddhism – A Spiritual Journey”, made in five languages i.e. English, Chinese, Japanese, Thai and Sinhala. He is also credited with making the official documentary film made during the Inauguration of the Xuanzang Memorial Complex at Nalanda in 2007 from the Indian Side. In 2022 he made the documentary film on the first decade of the International Buddhist Confederation (IBC), which is an Umbrella Buddhist Body represented by different Buddhist traditions from all over the world.
